I had a wonderful first visit here. The entire team was welcoming, and the doctor provided care with professionalism and genuine compassion. They were also open on a Saturday when many others were closed, which really stood out and showed their commitment to patients. I felt truly listened to and well cared for — highly recommend to anyone looking for both expertise and kindness in their eye care!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience. Dr Chow is so kind and knowledgeable. The staff are very helpful and nice. The eyeglass collection is so vast that I started to tire looking through all of them! I never find anything I want, and I found it here. I am so happy and pleased that I discovered Carrboro Family Vision. I highly recommend them!

This was my first visit and was pleasantly impressed with the level of care…. To The making of an appointment, the on line pre check in and ease of use, the greeting at the desk on entry, the technician and the tests before meeting the doctor to the visit with the doctor…all very professional and thorough. I also stopped at optical department and they offered a check of my present glasses as well as the options they have available. Would recommend.

Great experience. Would definitely recommend. All the staff members were super nice and put me at ease. Dr. Chow had great bedside manner. He made sure all my questions and concerns were answered and did a great job of explaining things! I hadn't been here since the remodel due to moving away but I was totally wow'd by the beautiful new interior as well.

I had a last minute eye issue before leaving on a trip the next day traveling overseas, and these great people worked me in so graciously! I saw DR Steig…(can’t spell his name) but he’s very thorough and interactive. Answers questions patiently. All the staff are super welcoming.

Long time customers because Dr. Chow, staff, and services are excellent. New frames and lens this time. Great selection and assistance in selecting what works best and what I like.

Today I came as a new patient. The wait time was short, paperwork process was very informative and short and the attendee made sure I was taken care of. The doctor and staff made sure i understood and my care was met. The opticians take you from your appointment right to the optician shop to get you fitted for your glasses and/or contacts. I am very happy with my visit and can’t wait to get my new pair of glasses.

Carrboro Family vision is top notch! Feels like a boutique experience. They make you feel welcomed every visit, whether it’s for an exam, pick up an order, or to explore their vision wear. Each person is focused and eliminate distractions while with you. Communication between team members is professional and personable. I love being able to choose an appointment and provider online, and they use convenient texting with any updates regarding my appointments and orders. Highly recommended
